MAD Dog on Money: 3/8/19

I had a great book given to me recently by my good friend Tim Bratz from CLE Turnkey Real Estate. It is titled Twelve Pillars and is co-written by Jim Rohn and Chris Widener. In the book, which is a quick read, the authors discuss looking at your closest friends you hang out with. Are these people helping you achieve the goals you have in your personal and professional life? If not, maybe you need to rethink the crowd you run with? This was extremely impactful for me. Joining Entrepreneurs Organization, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and Tim Bratz’s Real Estate Mastermind Groups put me in contact with like-minded business entrepreneurs. These groups give me energy, share business experiences to assist me in situations I encounter in my business, and I have made personal friends I will have for life. These people have driven me forward professionally and personally. Who is in your inner circle??? Are they helping you get to where you want to be???

The stock markets have rebounded in Q1, 2019 from the year-end 2018 lows. Investors have been pleased that it appears the Federal Reserve has put interest rate increases “on hold” for the near-term. As the Dog always says, investing is a long-term play. Stay the course with your plan, tweak as necessary, and don’t let short-term fluctuations sway you from your path.
Going back to my cage….bark at you soon.
